Description
Acme TB Series Open core and coil 1-Phase industrial control transformer is designed to handle potentially damaging high in-rush currents without sacrificing the required stable output voltage. It has a primary voltage rating of 120 x 240-Volts and secondary voltage rating of 12/24-Volts at 50/60-Hz frequency. This dry type step down transformer has an output current of 3.13-Amps and a power rating of 75 VA for use with machine tool control circuit applications. The transformer has high quality silicon steel construction with lamination to minimize core losses and increases efficiency. The transformer has integrally molded terminal block with isolation barrier to prevent arc. The design of this transformer incorporates precision split bobbin wound coils to improve regulation. This control transformer has 130 deg C insulation to withstand 80 deg C rise in temperature. The transformer has heavy gauge steel mounting plate to fit with various mounting dimensions for floor mounting. It measures 4.74-Inch x 3-Inch x 2.7-Inch. This industrial control transformer is suitable for motor starters, contactors, solenoids, timer circuits, relays, control panels and robotics applications. The transformer meets UL 506, CSA C22.2 No. 66, ANSI and OSHA standards.
